1. About Us

Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub is a premium fitness facility operating at Kamalgazi, Narendrapur, South Kolkata – 700103, West Bengal, India. With over 5 years of operation and a 4.9/5 Google rating, we serve the Garia, Sonarpur, and greater South Kolkata fitness community from a 6,000+ sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility.

2. Membership Eligibility

2.1 Membership is open to individuals aged 16 years and above. Applicants between 16 and 17 years of age must provide written consent from a parent or legal guardian before completing enrolment.

2.2 By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you are in adequate physical health to participate in gym and fitness activities, or that you have obtained appropriate medical clearance from a qualified physician.

2.3 Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub reserves the right to decline any membership application at its sole discretion without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Membership Plans & Fees

3.1 Membership plans, durations, fees, and inclusions are as published on our website and at the front desk at the time of enrolment.

3.2 All memberships are personal and strictly non-transferable to any other individual.

3.3 Access is restricted to the services and timings covered by your specific purchased plan.

3.4 Members must carry a valid membership card or present digital proof of active membership upon entry.

3.5 Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub reserves the right to revise membership fees at its discretion. Existing members will receive reasonable prior notice before any fee revision takes effect.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 All membership fees and service charges are payable in advance in Indian Rupees (INR).

4.2 Accepted payment modes include Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking), cash, and other methods displayed at the front desk.

4.3 All quoted fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise.

4.4 Digital payment receipts are automatically issued via Razorpay. For cash payments, request a receipt at the front desk at the time of payment.

5. Membership Freeze (Pause)

5.1 Active members may pause their membership for a minimum of 15 days and a maximum of 30 consecutive days per membership year.

5.2 Freeze requests must be submitted in writing or via WhatsApp to management at least 3 days before the intended freeze start date.

5.3 The membership expiry date will be extended by the number of approved freeze days. No refund is issued for frozen periods.

5.4 Only one freeze request is permitted per membership year.

6. Cancellation

6.1 Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a membership period has commenced. Please refer to our Refund Policy for applicable exceptions.

6.2 You may elect not to renew by informing the front desk before your membership renewal date. No cancellation fee applies for non-renewal.

6.3 Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub reserves the right to terminate a membership immediately and without refund in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, including but not limited to harassment, violence, theft, or deliberate damage to property or equipment.

7. Code of Conduct

All members are expected to uphold the following standards at all times while on our premises:

• Treat all staff, trainers, and fellow members with courtesy and respect. Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, or verbal abuse will result in immediate membership termination without refund.
• Wear appropriate gym attire at all times. Closed-toe athletic shoes are mandatory on the gym floor.
• Wipe down all equipment after every use. Cleaning materials are available throughout the facility.
• Return all weights, barbells, plates, and accessories to their designated storage racks after use.
• Keep phone calls off the gym floor — step outside or to the reception area for calls.
• Do not monopolise equipment for extended periods, particularly during peak hours.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of any banned or performance-enhancing substances are strictly prohibited on all premises.

8. Health & Safety

8.1 Members with pre-existing medical conditions — including cardiovascular disease, orthopedic injuries, diabetes, hypertension, epilepsy, or those recovering from recent surgery or illness — are strongly advised to obtain medical clearance from a qualified physician before commencing any training programme.

8.2 It is the member’s responsibility to inform their trainer and the management team of any change in health status that may affect safe participation in gym activities.

8.3 In the event of any injury or medical emergency on the premises, notify gym staff immediately. Basic first aid facilities are available at the reception desk.

8.4 Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub shall not be liable for injuries resulting from a member’s failure to disclose a relevant medical condition, or from improper, reckless, or unsupervised use of equipment or facilities.

9. Personal Training Services

9.1 Personal Training sessions are subject to trainer availability and must be booked in advance at the front desk or via WhatsApp.

9.2 Cancellations or rescheduling must be communicated at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled session.

9.3 Sessions not cancelled within the required notice period or missed without prior notice will be counted as used and deducted from your package.

9.4 Personal Training packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other individual.

10. Specialist Classes (MMA, Karate, Yoga & Group Fitness)

10.1 Specialist classes are available to members on applicable plans and are subject to batch availability and minimum enrolment numbers.

10.2 Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. Affected members will be offered an alternative session or credit.

10.3 Class schedules may be updated. The most current schedules are available at the front desk and via our WhatsApp broadcast channel.

11. Photography & Social Media

11.1 Members may photograph or video record their personal progress within the facility for private, non-commercial use.

11.2 Recording other members, trainers, or staff without their express prior consent is strictly prohibited.

11.3 Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub may photograph, film, or record gym activities for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any such content, notify a staff member in writing.

12. Loss of Personal Belongings

Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal belongings on the premises, including changing areas and locker facilities. Members are strongly advised not to bring valuables to the gym.

13. Intellectual Property

All content on the Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub website — including text, images, logos, training materials, and design elements — is the intellectual property of Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub or its licensors, protected under applicable Indian law. Reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use of any content without prior written permission is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub’s aggregate liability to any member arising from any claim shall not exceed the total membership fees paid by that member for the current active membership term.

14.2 We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from use of our facility or services.

15. Force Majeure

Flex N Flexi Fitness Hub shall not be considered in breach of these Terms for any failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, floods, government-mandated closures, public health emergencies, or civil unrest. In such events, affected membership validity will be extended by the equivalent number of disrupted days.

16. Amendments to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via WhatsApp, a notice at the front desk, or our website. Continued use of our services after notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the civil courts of Kolkata, West Bengal.
